Planting
Players place seeds into farm plots. The game tracks plant state, growth timing, and plot occupancy.Harvesting
When a plant is ready, players harvest produce into inventory. Produce can then be held, sold, or used by future game systems.Selling
Produce sale flows prepare a claim, confirm the transaction state, and update inventory after the sale completes.Land rentals and leases
Players can list land for rent by locking FRUIT against the listed plots. The listing lock is paid by the landlord and stays tied to the listing or active lease until the listing is cancelled or the lease ends.Listing FRUIT lock
The listing lock is priced per listed plot. The landlord’s total lock is:listed plot count x lock amount per plot
| Landlord status | Lock amount per plot |
|---|---|
| Standard | 600 FRUIT |
| Orb verified | 300 FRUIT |
| VIP/profile avatar holder | 300 FRUIT |
| Orb verified + VIP/profile avatar holder | 150 FRUIT |
Lease signing fee
Tenants pay a FRUIT signing fee when they sign a lease. The signing fee is priced per plot and uses the tenant’s active rented plot count, plus recent pending rented plots, to apply marginal tiers. If a lease crosses tier boundaries, the drawer splits the fee into one row per tier.| Tier | Tenant rented plot ordinal | Signing fee multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| I | 1-20 | 1x |
| II | 21-50 | 2x |
| III | 51-75 | 3x |
| IV | 76-100 | 5x |
| V | 101-150 | 8x |
| VI | 151+ | 12x |
9 x 10 x 3 = 270 FRUIT; an Orb-verified tenant sees 270 FRUIT struck through and pays 135 FRUIT. If those 9 plots crossed a tier boundary, the signing drawer would show separate rows for each tier.
